This category is open to members which are either a convention bureau or a state, national or regional tourist organisation working in the Meetings & Events market. This category judges the business focusing on the services delivered relating specifically to the convention and meetings market, not general tourism, hospitality or destinational activities in the case of tourist organisations. The judging is not related to the size of the budget, but on the quality of the services provided and the results obtained within the established parameters and objectives set.
