Meetings and Events Management Organisation 8 or more Employees

This category is open to members whose major source of income is derived from the organisation and management of meetings/conferences or events, and who employ 8 or more persons (full-time or equivalent). This category judges the business of running a 'meetings management' organisation, rather than the organisation of any one particular event or conference. Excludes: In-house meetings/events managers (eg. association, government or corporate conference organisers), tour operators, travel companies.

Meetings and Events Management Organisation less than 8 Employees

This category is open to members whose major source of income is derived from the organisation and management of meetings/conferences or events, and who employ less than 8 persons (full-time or equivalent). This category judges the business of running a 'meetings management' organisation, rather than the organisation of any one particular event or conference. Excludes: In-house meetings/events managers (eg. association, government or corporate conference organisers), tour operators, travel companies.

In-House Meetings Management Department

This category is open to members who are employed by their association, corporation or government organisation to manage meetings/conferences/events, or corporate members who wish to enter their own in-house conference department. This category judges the business of running an "in-house" meeting department within a larger organisation, rather than the organisation of any one particular meeting itself.

Excludes: independent meetings managers (PCO) and external event organisers.

Event Management Organisation

This category is open to members who organise and manage special events, either as their major source of business or part thereof. This category judges the business of running a 'special event' organisation or department within a larger organisation, rather than the organisation of one particular event itself.
