Darwin Airport Shuttle operates an efficient 24hr shuttle service between Darwin Airport and all city accommodation,

Delegates can conveniently pre-book and pre-pay for their Airport Shuttle transfers by visiting www.darwinairportshuttle.com.au using the booking module. Contact can also be made directly on 08 8981 5066, or by visiting the ticket desk on arrival at Darwin Airport.

Airport transfers will operate in conjunction with all flights 24hrs to all city accommodation.  Please look out for the MEA Welcome Sign at the ticket desk, on arrival and a member of shuttle staff will direct you to the correct bus.
Transfers are:

• 1 person $16.00 one way / $29.00 return (each)
• 2 people $14.00 one way / $24.50 return (each)
• 3 people (or more) $11.00 one way / $19.00 return (each)
• *Child rates and family tickets are also available

Prebook 48hrs prior to arrival using Darwin Airport Shuttle’s website, enter the code MEA10 and receive an additional 10% discount off our Airport Shuttle rates.
Private Group Transfers:  For private meet and greet transfers including limousine sedans, 13, 21, 37 & 48 seat coaches, delegates can contact the reservations team directly on 08 8981 5066 or at res@darwinairportshuttle.com.au

Make sure to enhance your profile within the app. You can add a photo, information about yourself and your social media links. Simply click attendees, then click Add/Edit your profile and enter the email address you used to register for the conference.
