Social Events Overview
All events are designed to reflect the conference theme utilising the Matrix
concept / visual identity with a loose adaption of the storyline.

Each event is designed to be connected with the use of the word / phrase Matrix, and allows for interaction and ‘dress up’ opportunities for delegates. Each event will also provide variety in theme rather than all being the same, and are designed to be totally different from previous conferences.

The current Matrix film is The Matrix Reloaded and the next one is The Matrix Revolution. All of our events will follow this format with the Re being used as the key
element.

Reformation - Welcome Cocktail Party
Delegates will be invited to follow the Matrix into the Underworld; a dark world like no other hidden beneath the streets of the city. A world that needs Re formation.

VENUE: Passion Vault 7/8 Banana Alley Flinders Street MELBOURNE
6.00pm – 9.00pm
Dress: Casual

Monday 3rd May 2004
Reincarnation - Casual Dinner / Party Night
This night moves above ground and into the future where everything is pure and you can be Re incarnated as anyone you like from the past, present or future.

VENUE: National Gallery of Victoria
7.30pm – 11pm
Dress: As your favourite character from the past, present or future. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.

Recognition - Gala Dinner Awards Night
The formal awards dinner where we are transformed into a world of the utmost opulence and elegance reflecting the Re cognition of being the best in the business.

VENUE: Grand Hyatt
