Virtual Edge Offers New Possibilities for Events Industry

Fed Square’s innovative Virtual Edge offering is providing the events industry, a sector significantly affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and resulting restrictions, with new possibilities for running virtual events, with the offering set to be used when Meetings & Events Australia’s (MEA) Evolve: Renovated conference is hosted virtually from Deakin Edge on 16 July.

Virtual Edge has seen Fed Square’s stunning events venue, Deakin Edge, transformed into a world-class broadcast facility available for a variety of event purposes. Virtual Edge combines the beautiful Deakin Edge environs and Fed Square’s on-site facilities with the technology and AV support to produce an incredible virtual event simply and safely, including live streaming capabilities and state of the art lighting and camera systems.

Fed Square is proud to be the virtual venue for Meetings & Events Australia’s first-ever virtual conference, Evolve: Renovated on 16 July. Hosted from Deakin Edge, Evolve:Renovated will offer a mix of international and local speakers representing diverse industries and topics, as well as networking opportunities and access to a new wellness hub. Author David Mead, best known for Find Your Why co-authored with Simon Sinek, is the Keynote Speaker for the conference and will be sharing The Power of Alignment and how companies can stay centred to achieve extraordinary things with delegates. The virtual nature of Evolve: Renovated has also made the conference critically important to those within the industry at a time when other industry events have been forced to be postponed or cancelled.
