DC Conference and Association Management (DCC&A) is a leading PCO and association management company which seeks to fill a position of conference coordinator.  DCC&A manages conferences primarily in the medical association sector.

The Conference Coordinator will work alongside a Conference Manager and be responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics of a diverse range of conferences in face to face, virtual and hybrid formats. We are seeking someone who will quickly integrate into our team and show initiative and enthusiasm for the role.

This is a fast paced environment and at times can be pressured in order to meet the planning deadlines of large national and international conferences.  It will be important to demonstrate an understanding of this environment and the communication and organisation skills required.

We believe the role requires a minimum of two year’s experience in the business events industry and an understanding of association conference management would be an advantage.

The role covers all aspects of conference management including  but not limited to administration, marketing, delegate liaison, speaker support, program support, support with sponsorship and exhibition  management, creation of website and software portals. 

Experience with EventsAIR and EventsonAIR is required.
