We're hiring a Marketing Communications Manager to work across our Victorian hotels. This role is full-time and based primarily in Melbourne's iconic South Wharf precinct.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, Victoria, the Marketing Manager will be an integral member of our team, developing and executing the marketing strategy for our Victorian properties including Pan Pacific Melbourne and PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport.

The successful Marketing Manager, Victoria will:

  1. Develop and plan marketing and communications strategies for our Victorian properties, including future developments
  2. Implement all advertising, promotions, events, sponsorship, press relations and publicity strategies
  3. Direct and manage the production of all collateral, ensuring compliance with brand standards
  4. Manage and develop the Digital & Social Media Coordinaton
  5. Manage third-party agency relationships
  6. Be responsible for managing the marketing budget
  7. Update offers and content on the hotel’s website
  8. Manage monthly email marketing plan
  9. Co-ordinate all brand and loyalty programs
  10. Ensure all enquiries are handled promptly, professionally and in an engaging manner
  11. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Ideally you will have:

  1. Exceptional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Experience working in a marketing role in a hotel environment
  3. Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
  4. Experience managing third-party agencies
  5. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager CMS ideal, but not essential
  6. Experience with Adobe Design Suite ideal, but not essential
  7. A proven ability to proactively coach and guide marketing team members to provide exceptional service
  8. A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an eye for detail
  9. A degree in marketing, communications or similar
  10. Advanced computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite
