KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Preparation, follow up and conversion of conferences, corporate, leisure and social function proposals

•Hosting of familiarisation and site inspections

•Represent Sofitel’s event spaces at trade shows, seminars and promotional activities / events as required

•Develop and maintain effective relationships with corporate, conference, leisure and social clients

•Develop and convert new leads

•Complete organisation of conference, leisure, corporate and social activity/events from confirmation to post event follow up in order to ensure client satisfaction

•Co-ordination and production of collateral material

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

•Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail

•A collaborative and enabling style of leadership

•Extensive Luxury Hotel experience both locally and internationally

•Proven experience working with key internal and external stakeholders

•Your previous successes will reflect your entrepreneurial style and achievements

•Delphi FDC or Salesforce experience and advantage
