The Role

You will partner with our clients, providing them with a comprehensive end-to-end events solution.  This involves leveraging your events expertise to translate client’s requirements into tangible event solutions and managing the delivery of the project through to post-event follow up.  Your knowledge of virtual and hybrid events will be complemented by the support of the Event Services team and broader Operations team to provide a solid platform for success.

Key Accountabilities:

Stakeholder management – ongoing communications with the client’s team, venues and internal stakeholders to deliver to the client’s expectations

Obtain & verify all event project requirements from our clients and provide the best solution tailored to their needs

Oversee the input and management of requirements into our CRM system with support from the Central Bookings Team

Develop the client-specific EventsAIR project including websites, apps, run sheets and event management tools.

Source and manage the resources to deliver these events at Cliftons and non-Cliftons sites – venues, technicians, equipment etc

Ensure technicians are adequately briefed based on client specifications

Finalisation of events and accurate invoicing

Reporting

Prioritizing projects based on complexity

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as a corporate events planner, events project manager or conference planner / manager gained in an PCO, venue, event agency or association environment

Demonstrated experience project managing events including equipment logistics, room setup, budget management and a wealth of best practice

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service

Good technical understanding of current streaming and virtual technologies for events delivery

Solid financial and resource management skills, including gathering and interpreting data for problem solving and decision making

Solid understanding and demonstration of quality management principles.

Proven ability to delegate to a delivery team of diverse individuals preferably across multiple sites
