The role

We have an exciting opportunity for commercially minded sales professional with previous experience selling solutions to large corporate clients. This role has a focus on high value, new business which is reflective of the blue-chip portfolio you will be managing.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will use your client-centric and solutions-based approach to build relationships at various levels across a portfolio of blue-chip clients. This role has a focus on high value event solutions which is reflective of your client base.

You will:

Leverage our cutting-edge Sales Tech tools to gain a competitive advantage over our competitors;

Develop and maintain an annual sales plan to provide you with a blueprint to achieve revenue targets;

Contact prospective clients, arrange and attend virtual and face-to-face meetings to ensure you complete the necessary activities outlined in your sales plan;

Consult with your clients to understand their pain points and provide them with a genuine commercial outsourced events solution;

Maintain a sales forecast in Dynamics CRM that exceeds sales goal requirements on a monthly-quarterly basis; and

Attend and actively contribute to sales team meetings.

You will have:

Previous success in establishing and growing relationships with corporate clients;

A consultative sales approach with a track record of success in uncovering client pain points and tailoring viable commercial solutions;

A consultative sales approach and proven negotiation skills. We are looking for someone with commercial acumen who understands the value proposition to deliver the win/win;

Digital tech-savviness–with experience in using CRMs, LinkedIn and social selling. Experience with Sales Tech Stacks is a definite plus;

Excellent relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills – to effectively connect with multiple levels – virtually and in person;

A natural curiosity with an openness to learn and adapt – in a progressive, and ever-evolving environment;

Time management and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise;

Ability to positively contribute to your immediate team and our overall workplace culture through our core values: Fun, Leadership, Integrity, Passion, Innovation, Teamwork.
