MEA are currently seeking enthusiastic event professionals based in Tasmania to join the TAS Branch Committee.
As a national association and the peak body for the Australian meetings and events sector, it is important for us to have representation from all sectors across all States and Territories. MEA is committed to supporting our TAS members and to do this effectively we need the input, voice, and ideas of local champions to help MEA develop national strategies and initiatives that are meaningful for all our members.
Being a branch member can bring both personal and professional rewards. Lifelong friendships have been formed and professional relationships established or strengthened. Being an active participant at branch level also keeps you up to date on trends, challenges and issues the event sector faces. COVID has impacted our industry greatly and presented many challenges, your contribution working through these challenges will leave you with a sense of achievement as we move into recovery and growth during 2022.
If you would be interested in joining the committee, please email Claire Watson at email@example.com.
