Webinars are FREE for all MEA Members to view and open to all in the event industry at a small cost for Non-Members.

FAQs 

Are the webinars recorded?

Yes, the majority of MEA's webinars are recorded and uploaded to MEA TV to view on demand unless otherwise specified. Members are able to access these recordings for FREE, however Non-Members will incur a small fee to view a second time. 

 

How do I log on to MEA TV to view the recordings?

Please follow the below steps if you are a member who is logging in to MEA TV for the first time:  

  1. Set up a new user account using the same email address linked to your MEA user account. 
  2. Follow the prompts in the new user account set up process. 
  3. Once successfully signed up, navigate to the MEA TV homepage and scroll down to find the 'Video Category' button beneath the rolling banner. Open selection and click 'Webinars'. 
  4. If you have successfully linked your MEA user account to MEA TV, all MEA webinars will now show up free of charge.

If you have never logged in to MEA TV before and are not a MEA Member, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Set up a new user account. 
  2. Once successfully signed up, navigate to the MEA TV homepage and scroll down to find the 'Video Category' button beneath the rolling banner. Open selection and click 'Webinars'. 
  3. Click 'Add to Cart' for any webinars you wish to view and follow the payment process. 

 

What do I do if I've forgotten my password to MEA TV?

Once on the MEA TV homepage, click 'Forgot Password'. Please check your junk/spam if an email is not sent to your nominated email account.
