At the heart of Be Challenged, Lisa plays a pivotal role as the Head of People and Culture, Head of Business Support and Educational Consultant. Her journey, deeply rooted in educational leadership, spans across significant roles in independent schools and the NSW Education Standards Authority. Lisa's passion shines in developing team synergies and employee well-being through learning opportunities. She relishes the opportunity to develop the capacity of leaders and to facilitate meaningful and impactful change.

In her down time, Lisa enjoys bushwalking with her husband and two dogs, as well as spending quality time with her two children and extended family.
