Mrs Alicia Smith AEP

Alicia began her career in Conferencing and Events in 2003 and is currently the Director and Conference Manager of Will Organise. She is an Accredited Event Professional (AEP) through Meeting Events Australia (MEA) and has experience in over 150 conferences, ranging from 30 persons for a one-day course to over 800 delegates in a capital city, with a program incorporating up to 8 concurrent sessions.

Will Organise is a dynamic, professional conference and meeting organis¬ing company based near Newcastle. Established in 1999 to serve the Meetings and Business Events industry in the local region, it quickly developed a solid reputation far beyond the Newcastle boundaries. Will Organise now tours with their clients to organise their conferences around Australia, Asia and the Pacific and has been asked to also take on the role of Association Secretariat for some of their conference clients, due to their impeccable organisation skills.

Alicia annually works with clients such as the Australian and New Zealand Society of Palliative Medicine, the Australasian Paediatric Endocrine Group, the Society for Paediatric Anaesthesia in New Zealand and Australia, Toxicology And Poisons Network Australasia Incorporated and Locate Conferences Australia and over the years has worked with many other medical and scientific associations.

Alicia leads the team in delivering quality events, not quantity and prides herself in the individual touch delivering exceptional results for a small number of clients.
