Webinar

Strategy in corporate meetings & events has been long talked about as an important business priority. Depending on the organisations priorities, meetings and events are a category often targeted for savings, efficiencies and compliance.

Pioneered by the highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and banking, Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) has increased in its adoption globally, regionally and locally with its focus on compliance and financial efficiencies – with varying success.

At the same time that SMM was formalising its presence in the corporate space, brand and experiential events exploded into a business priority across many sectors, except in most cases this growth in adoption was parallel to, not in conjunction with, SMM.

In this webinar we will look at the journey meetings and events strategy has had until now, how COVID-19 is driving change, and what comes next. What do organisations want to see in this space as we move into the next phase of meetings and events being utilised as a key business strategy.
